Donation Refunds

Donations made to ABABIL Foundation Bangladesh are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated promptly to support our charitable programs and ongoing humanitarian activities.

However, we understand that errors may occur. A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate donation was made accidentally.
• An incorrect donation amount was charged due to a technical or processing error.
• An unauthorized transaction occurred using your payment method.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date with the following information:

• Donor’s full name
• Donation date
• Donation amount
• Transaction or payment reference number
• Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
